Shipping Options

Plush'd Beauty reserves 48 hours for processing from the time an order is placed before it is transferred to our carrier for shipment. 

Tracking numbers will be sent to your email once your ordered is being processed at mailing facility.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase, depending on product availability. Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.

Once your order has been processed, transit time is anywhere between 1 and 4 business days, depending on your shipping address. Shipments may be delayed due to internal server errors, weather, and other unexpected conditions. In this event, please reference your tracking number or contact carrier for delivery updates.

Local Pick-Up

Local Pick-up is available for all orders Mon. - Fri. 10AM - 6PM. We will notify you once your order is ready. Please refrain from arriving before you receive an order notification, as pick-up locations are subject to change based on order volume. 

Return Policy

fund PolicyIf you would like to return an item, you must notify Plush'd Beauty within seven (7) days of your order being delivered and obtain a return authorization number.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return authorization number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging. Once your returned items have been received and inspected, you will be refunded for the items authorized for return. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed. Please allow 2 weeks for returns to be processed and for any refunds to be issued.

Prior to using our products, please ensure that you have read and understand all the directions on the product label and on our website, so that you will be able to apply the product correctly.

Product Damage in Shipment or Defective

If the item you receive is damaged in shipment or defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a return.

If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please email us at plushdinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request; however, orders for items that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
